ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Emilia Arangio, the language teacher at Maravilla. I’m a native Spanish speaker from Argentina, and I’ve always been fascinated by languages. Thanks to my studies and travels, I’ve learned several. I graduated as an English teacher in 2005 and have been teaching students of all ages ever since. I also hold a Master’s degree in Translation Studies and continuously train and research to improve my teaching. I’m passionate about understanding how the brain learns and applying effective methods to help my students succeed.
I’ve lived in Italy, Australia, and Hong Kong, and since 2014, I’ve been teaching Spanish in Zug, Switzerland. For me, teaching is much more than a job—it’s my passion. What I love most is seeing my students progress and experience the joy of learning not just a new language, but also a new culture and a new way of seeing the world.
